When you order on this site you are buying from Pour Some Sugar On It. Pour Some Sugar On It makes what you order, sets the prices and is responsible for your order.

This site runs on Cobble, an online ordering platform for local businesses. Cobble provides the technology: the site, the checkout and the messages about your order. Cobble does not make, sell or handle the food. Cobble's own Terms of Service cover the platform itself.

By placing an order you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Pour Some Sugar On It bakes to order. A menu is open for orders until the time shown on it, and you choose how you will get your order (a pickup time and place, or delivery where it is offered) before you pay.

• Some bakes are made in limited numbers. When one is gone, it is gone.
• Adding a bake to your basket sets it aside for you for a short time. Where a timer is shown, that is how long. If the time runs out before you pay, your basket is emptied and those bakes go back on sale.
• Your order is placed when your payment goes through. A confirmation is then shown on screen, and a copy is usually emailed to you.
• Please check that your name, email and phone number are right. They are how Pour Some Sugar On It reaches you about your order.

Prices are set by Pour Some Sugar On It and shown in US dollars. Before you pay, checkout shows the full amount and what it is made of:

• Sales tax, where it applies.
• A delivery fee, if you choose delivery and one applies to your address.
• A service fee, if one applies to your order. It is shown as its own line and goes to Cobble, the platform this site runs on.
• A tip, only if you choose to add one. A tip is optional and is paid to Pour Some Sugar On It.

For an order from the menu, you pay in full when you place it. Card payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe: Pour Some Sugar On It and Cobble never see or store your full card number. Where your device offers it, you can also pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

By paying you confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you chose.

For a custom order, Pour Some Sugar On It looks over your request first and sends you a price and a link to pay. Pour Some Sugar On It's deposit policy: Deposits hold your date and are non-refundable once I've bought supplies.

Your confirmation shows where and when to collect your order, or the delivery time and the address you gave. For a pickup at a home kitchen, the exact address is shared only once you have ordered.

• Pickup: please come at your pickup time. Your confirmation includes a pickup pass to show when you collect.
• Delivery: someone needs to be able to receive the order at the address you gave, at the delivery time. Delivery times are estimates.
• If Pour Some Sugar On It has to change a pickup or delivery time, you are told by email or text.

To change or cancel an order, use the contact page as early as you can. Pour Some Sugar On It decides whether an order can be changed, cancelled or refunded.

When a refund is made, it goes back to the payment method you paid with. Your bank decides how quickly it shows on your statement, usually within a few business days.

Each item's page lists the ingredients and allergens Pour Some Sugar On It has entered for it. Check them before you order, and if you have an allergy or a dietary need, ask Pour Some Sugar On It before ordering. An item with no allergens listed has not been confirmed to be free of them.

You can order without an account. If you sign in, it is with a link emailed to you; there is no password. Keep your email account secure, because anyone who can open that link can see your order history here.

Please use this site only to browse and to place real orders. Do not place false orders, use someone else's payment details, or try to disrupt or break into the site.

The photos, words and name on this site belong to Pour Some Sugar On It. The ordering software belongs to Cobble.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms that apply to an order are the ones shown here when you place it.
